I'm moving into a new apartment which I get to decorate myself! What are some of the best places to go to pick up things like carpets, mirrors, curtains, candles etc?

I love IKEA! I also buy most of my things for my house at Target. Both are affordable and cute. If you want to order stuff online and have a large budget check out west elm and crate and barrel 2 (super-cute modern stuff).
